Fantastic service and food. Highly recommend.

I love the sweet ans sour soup, lemon pepper chicken and my kids love the pork fried fried.

It is always a pleasure to dine at this Flo's location. The oolong tea is amazing. Their lunch salads are one of my favorite parts of the meal. The citrus salad dressing is to die for and their entrees are always delicious. I enjoyed the lemon pepper chicken this time around.

What a wonderful dinning experience all six of us had. The food was good and cooked the way we wanted even my picky sister was satisfied. We have eaten here several times over the last ten years and have been always full and satisfied. The staff is always accommodating and helpful. We would like to see a Flo's on the West side so we wouldn't have to drive so far, but for the quality of the food and service it is worth it.

Edit: thank you Flo for your response. In that case, I think your staff need to be better informed of the curbside pickup process. We have tried on a few separate occasions calling to ask for curbside pickup and some seemed confused about what we were asking or they were very busy with walk-in customers and they saw it as an inconvenience. It would be nice to have a place on the online order site to indicate that it’s a curbside order.We’ve been going to Flo’s for years. We love their food. However, they really need to implement a curbside pickup option during this time. We would love to keep patronizing our favorite Chinese restaurant but we are at risk of complications from COVID and we don’t feel comfortable ordering without curbside pickup.

We love Flo's food. We've been customers of Flo's since it was located decades ago across Frank Lloyd Wright where Barro's Pizza is now. Flo's Honey Beef is delicious. The Spicy Cinnamon Shrimp, Egg Foo Young and Crab Puffs are awesome. We have had some troubles with the front desk and picking up our orders, but Flo's has worked to make amends and to get things right again. Way to go, Flo's!

Great food have been going to this place since it opened, Flo herself is a incredible owner. Great service and high quality food. Highly recommended trying it if you haven't.

Been visiting Flo’s since 1999. The absolute best asian cuisine in the city as far as I’m concerned

I just picked up an order of shrimp pad Thai which is the best I have ever ever had. The only problem was I ordered extra soy for the white rice extra that I ordered and I wasn’t given extra. But it was on time at the pick up and was absolutely delicious. I’m Going to finish the entire order. My egg drop soup will have to wait until tomorrow. Highly highly recommend.

Good food. Service kinda slow when trying to get refills of beverages or finding a waitress.

From the moment she opened her door she had the most delightful. Her staff is always upbeat yet always has time for questions and a smile. Since I started going here 17 years ago I've never frequented any other Asian restaurants. I figure why bother, it's always delicious there and I have no reason to go elsewhere. Thank you Flo's for many years of scrumptious dining...

Stopped in for a Friday lunch. It was quiet and service was quick. Everyone was very nice. Good was all very tasty. We will be back for sure!

There was food left on my Fork. We had just gotten our food unwrapped the silverware and there's a big ol green leaf wrapped on the fork and a piece of rice on the other one

Good food with tasty menu options. Sake and cocktails are also very good. The waitstaff is very friendly and accommodating.

Lunch was absolutely fabulous. Lettuce wraps to start then orange chicken. Both were superb. The staff was attentive and wore masks at all times. I'm so glad to see them open again.
